Upload, edit, and delete files in DirectAdmin Hosting

Unlike other hosting control panels, DirectAdmin also has file managers for file management. To upload / edit / delete a file, login to your DirectAdmin hosting panel and find the "File Manager" module.

Then open it by clicking on it and go to the public_html directory. There you will see some pre-installed files and folders.

Before uploading your site, you will mark these files from the Filename section and delete them. Then look at the bottom right of the page. There you will see the New Folder, Create File and Upload File options.
 
You can create a directory or directory by clicking New Folder. You can create any file from Create File. Similarly, from the Upload File you can upload any file from your computer to the site or server. If there are multiple files, you can upload them to a ZIP file. Then after uploading the cursor over a ZIP file, Extract option will appear. Clicking on Extract will unzip the file and show the original files.
Now, let's upload a file.
After clicking on Upload File, a pop-wizard will appear:

Select the file from here, or drag and drop the file here and click on the UPLOAD button. The upload will begin You can upload another file by getting a confirmation message when the upload is finished or close the wizard by clicking on CLOSE.

Here I have uploaded a file named docs.zip and closed the wizard. Here is my uploaded file.

Then, after placing the cursor over the file, the Extract option shows up with several options. In the case of editable files, the Edit File option will also show up.

I clicked on the extract and found the files inside the ZIP file. Then I deleted the original ZIP file.
