Elderly man killed by electric scooter hit-and-run in Los Angeles

Police are investigating a felony hit-and-run after a woman riding an electric scooter hit a 70-year-old man and rode off in Koreatown on Sept. 12. The man died two days later. KTLA’s Jennifer McGraw spoke with local residents who expressed growing concerns about the safety of electric scooters.
