Sci-Fi, Horror, Drama & More

October 2025 is bringing a variety of movies to theaters, such as a long-awaited sci-fi sequel, a musical drama, a horror sequel, a biographical musical, and a lot more. The summer of 2025 is officially over, and its final weeks brought some big movies to theaters, among them the horror movies The Long Walk and Him, and the action thriller One Battle After Another.

With autumn and October comes the always popular spooky season, but, surprisingly, this month won’t see much horror content. Instead, October will see a good combination of genres, thanks to a sci-fi sequel, a musical drama, Luca Guadagnino’s latest project, Yorgos Lanthimos’ new movie, and a horror sequel, among others.
