New Trailer For PBS Masterpiece’s Adaptation Of Nobel Prize-Winning Saga
PBS Masterpiece has released the first official trailer for period drama The Forsytes, the upcoming lavish reimagining of John Galsworthy’s Nobel Prize-winning literary saga. The Forsytes follows a wealthy Victorian-era stockbroking family as they try to answer the most important question of all: what matters more, familial duty or personal happiness?
This is the second mainstream adaptation of Galsworthy’s Forsyte novels. The first, titled The Forsyte Saga, starred Damien Lewis and Gina McKee and premiered over two decades ago, in 2002. PBS Masterpiece’s upcoming adaptation, which will premiere in the US in 2026, stars a wealth of British acting talent, including Francesca Annis, Stephen Moyer, Eleanor Tomlinson, Jack Davenport, and many, many more.
