The release month for The Lincoln Lawyerseason 4 has reportedly been revealed. The next chapter of the hit Netflix legal drama is more high-profile and anticipated than ever, coming after the ending of The Lincoln Lawyer season 3 and the shocking arrest of Mickey Haller (Manuel Garcia-Rulfo) for murder.
Based on the Law of Innocence novel by Michael Connelly, the upcoming episodes will feature the return of Mickey’s ex-wife, Maggie (Neve Campbell), as a main character. Even though Campbell has appeared sporadically in previous seasons, she’ll be back as a series regular along with several new and returning cast members.
What’s On Netflix, which tracks the streamer’s releases, reports that The Lincoln Lawyer season 4 is eying a February 2026 release and may make its debut on February 5th. However, it’s important to underline that this is not confirmed, and the month could change before the premiere date is officially confirmed by Netflix.
What This Means For The Lincoln Lawyer
As is common in the streaming era, the legal drama does not have a consistent release window. The first season debuted in May. The next two installments arrived in July and August. It would not be too surprising if Netflix wanted to get its hit show back, after missing 2025, as the legal drama is consistently and somewhat quietly one of Netflix’s most successful titles.

The big wish for streaming originals are. that it can return at least somewhat close to annually. That is doubly true for a legal series, which harkens back to broadcast TV, and would benefit from a consistent presence. On the plus side, though, The Lincoln Lawyer‘s consistent viewership proves that the fans are still ready and waiting. Hopefully, the release date will be officially announced soon.
