Don’t Miss These Legends Live!
As we enter 2025’s endstage, the music of classic rock continues to show us bands with the resilience to keep touring strongly even after decades of activity. They say “age is just a number,” and this statement couldn’t be more true for the likes of Paul McCartney, Robert Plant, and Iron Maiden.
While some are not considering a return to the stage, bands like Green Day, Oasis, and Queens of the Stone Age continue to pack arenas full of attendees with their high-energy sounds. Whether you’re into rock or classic rock, 2025 offers no shortage of bands hitting the road. Catch them while you still can.
Jason Bonham Honors Physical Graffiti With Led Zeppelin Evening Dates
While the primary, still-living performers from Led Zeppelin haven’t reunited in a number of years, there is still someone keeping the Zeppelin legacy alive. The band’s dearly departed drummer (John Bonham) had a son named Jason, who is also a drummer, and he’s going on tour this fall as part of the 50th anniversary of the Zeppelin album Physical Graffiti.
Bonham and his band (JASON BONHAM’S LED ZEPPELIN EVENING) will primarily be seen out on the road as the leaves begin to turn across stops in both New York and New Jersey. There will also be appearances in other markets like Louisville, Kentucky, Detroit, Michigan, and Tampa, Florida, as well as Vancouver, which is on Labor Day weekend.
Green Day Plays Their Impactful Hits Live
California punk rockers Green Day have extended their The Saviors Tour through the month of September as they continue to celebrate ongoing milestones in their lengthy, resilient career run. Be sure not to miss out, especially if you’re a fan of their defining LPs Dookie and American Idiot, which are being played in full each night of the tour.
The trio will make their way to many different venues during the tour. That includes making a stop at the Pittsburgh MLB stadium, PNC Park, to play a concert on the day of Labor Day, September 1st.
Lynyrd Skynyrd Is Keeping Up A Busy Fall Touring Schedule
Southern-fried classic rockers Lynyrd Skynyrd are actively back on the road this fall, primarily touring venues in both the United States and Canada as the year wraps up. Skynyrd will also be available to see during the Labor Day weekend, as they have gigs in Maryland and Ohio on August 31st and September 1st, respectively.
The Used Celebrate 25 Years With A Global Tour
Iconic emo band The Used are adding a second fall leg to their 25th anniversary tour as part of a celebration of their notable career. Each tour stop will include a series of multi-night performances, spotlighting each of their first three studio albums in full (The Used, In Love and Death, and Lies for the Liars).
Getting started on October 11th in Anaheim, California, the Used will visit various other cities such as Dallas, Austin, Milwaukee, and Indianapolis before concluding their tour run on November 13th. Find out more about it here.
Queens Of The Stone Age Bring The Catacombs Tour
Following the release of their latest EP (entitled Alive in the Catacombs), which found the group recording in unprecedented, stripped-down territory beneath the Catacombs of Paris, Queens of the Stone Age will be bringing that scenario to life live on The Catacombs Tour. The shows will rely heavily on atmospheric, intimate stops along the way.
Shows for The Catacombs Tour will get underway in October and run until November. Stops will include North American locations such as Chicago, Illinois, and New Orleans, Louisiana.
The Who Say Goodbye With The Song Is Over Tour
Famed British rockers The Who (led by lead singer Roger Daltrey and guitarist Pete Townsend) are looking to hang it up and say goodbye to the United States and Canada with their concluding The Song Is Over tour. The move is intended to act as a final bow for the band as part of their six-decade career.
The tour is ongoing with plenty of stops remaining along the way. The final date for the group takes place on September 28th in Las Vegas, Nevada, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
Guns N’ Roses: Still Going Strong On The Road
The musical train that is the infamous hard rockers Guns N’ Roses continues to roll on along the live circuit as we head toward fall. Their Because What You Want & What You Get Are Two Completely Different Things tour goes through Latin America beginning October 1st and concludes in Mexico City on November 8th.
Oasis Reunions Taking Place At Stadiums Across The Globe
While many speculated it would never happen, flammable Britpop stalwarts Oasis actually reunited/embarked on their global Live ’25 tour back in July and have been on a successful run (so far) ever since. The group led by Noel and Liam Gallagher will be in the US for Labor Day weekend, playing New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium August 31st and September 1st.
Later on in the year, the Manchester-formed band will travel to areas like Latin America, Asia, and Australia. Live ’25 will ultimately come to a close on November 23rd in Brazil.
Paul McCartney, The Eagles, And Other Legends Still Selling Out
Legacy acts like the Eagles, Foreigner, and Def Leppard continue to draw big crowds into 2025, as well as former Beatle Paul McCartney during his ongoing Got Back tour, with all offering dates through the rest of the year. Def Leppard will play over the Labor Day weekend, with an August 31st gig in Virginia Beach.
Robert Plant Keeps The Zeppelin Spirit Alive With Saving Grace
Former Led Zeppelin singer Robert Plant will also take to the road this fall in support of his latest studio album (out September 26th), entitled Saving Grace. The tour begins in West Virginia on October 30th and continues through the United States as well as Canada, wrapping up with three different California dates on November 21st, 22nd, and 23rd.
