Ted takes place in 1993 as a prequel to the two movies. Created by Seth MacFarlane of Family Guy acclaim, Ted the series consists of seven episodes, each between 33 and 50 minutes long. If you love old school comedies and are looking for a laugh-out-loud binge this weekend, Ted is a great choice on Peacock.

The Emmy-winning reality TV show The Traitors returned for its fourth season in early January and has been off to a great start, currently trending worldwide. At the time of writing, seven of The Traitors season 4’s twelve total episodes are available to stream now, with new episodes being released every Thursday until the two-part finale on February 26.

Hosted by Alan Cumming, The Traitors is hands-down one of the most binge-worthy reality shows on streaming. Contestants, who are often reality stars and celebrities, compete for a large cash prize, although some are secretly “traitors” who take out other “faithful” players.

Ponies

Ponies is arguably the best new release on Peacock of 2026 so far. Starring Emilia Clarke and Haley Lu Richardson, Ponies takes place during the height of the Cold War in 1970s Moscow. The star leading duo play Beatrice and Twila, two friends and secretaries who become CIA operatives after their husbands are killed.

At just 8 episodes, Ponies is incredibly easy and enjoyable to binge, backed by a stellar, near-perfect Rotten Tomatoes score of 96%. Don’t miss the best new show on Peacock this weekend, which is topping the streamer’s viewership charts across the globe.
