Fall in Love With Lucille Ball All Over Again: Catchy Comedy Launches ‘Catchy Loves Lucy’ Block
For the first time in television history, all five of Lucille Ball’s iconic series will air together in one place. Beginning Sunday, February 15, the Catchy Comedy Network kicks off Catchy Loves Lucy, a new weekly programming block that celebrates the enduring legacy of the queen of comedy.
Airing every Sunday from 7 to 11:30 p.m. ET (4 to 9:30 p.m. PT), the weekly showcase offers a rotating lineup of Lucy’s beloved shows, including I Love Lucy, The Lucy and Desi Comedy Hour, The Lucy Show, Here’s Lucy, and Life with Lucy. The block also includes TV movies and specials such as Lucy and Desi: A Home Movie and Lucy Calls the President.
Adding a deeply personal touch to the tribute, viewers will be treated to exclusive new interviews with Lucie Arnaz, daughter of Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz. These interstitial segments, airing throughout the block, include behind-the-scenes stories, reflections on the impact of the shows, and rarely seen home movie footage from the Arnaz family archive. Arnaz, who also starred alongside her mother in Here’s Lucy, provides a unique and heartfelt perspective on her parents’ groundbreaking contributions to television history.
